ETSY GROWTH OS is an operational tool designed to help an Etsy shop owner prepare, organize, analyze, and manage product ideas, listings, trend signals, shop metrics, experiments, and weekly action plans.

## 2. Use of the tool

ETSY GROWTH OS may be used to:

- organize product and listing ideas,
- prepare Etsy listing drafts,
- analyze manually imported or authorized data,
- create operational dashboards,
- prepare experiments and weekly action plans,
- support decision-making for an Etsy shop.

The user remains responsible for reviewing and approving all marketplace actions.

## 3. Human approval required

ETSY GROWTH OS does not automatically publish listings, spend advertising budget, post to social platforms, or modify marketplace content without explicit human validation.

The user must manually approve:

- account creation,
- API permissions,
- listing publication,
- product files,
- pricing,
- marketplace edits,
- advertising spend,
- social media posting.

## 4. No unauthorized scraping

The tool must not be used for unauthorized scraping of Etsy, Pinterest, TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.

Only authorized APIs, official exports, manual imports, or user-provided data should be used.

## 5. API access

When APIs are used, the following principles apply:

- read-only access by default,
- minimum required scopes,
- no storage of secrets in public files,
- no sharing of API tokens or client secrets,
- no use of cookies or unauthorized credentials,
- compliance with the rules of each connected platform.

## 6. User responsibilities

The user is responsible for:

- verifying product legality,
- checking intellectual property risks,
- validating product quality,
- reviewing all listing content,
- complying with Etsy policies,
- complying with tax, consumer, and business obligations,
- securing account credentials and API secrets.

## 7. Intellectual property and marketplace compliance

ETSY GROWTH OS may help flag possible risks, but it does not provide a legal guarantee.

The user must not publish products that infringe trademarks, copyrights, protected characters, brands, or third-party rights.
