What data can be deleted Depending on the setup and features used, deletion may apply to: - shop connection records, - listing data imported into the tool, - manually imported trend or research data, - operational notes, - dashboard data, - experiment records, - local exports created by the tool. ## 3. What data may not be controlled by Trameops Some data may remain stored directly on third-party platforms such as Etsy, Pinterest, TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, hosting providers, or analytics tools. For data stored by those platforms, users must use the deletion or privacy controls provided by the relevant platform. ## 4. How to request deletion To request deletion, send an email to: contact@trameops.com Please include: - the subject line: Data Deletion Request, - the account or project name concerned, - the type of data you want deleted, - any relevant non-sensitive details needed to identify the data. Do not include passwords, API tokens, client secrets, refresh tokens, cookies, bank details, or identity documents in the request. ## 5. Verification Before deletion, Trameops may need to verify that the requester is authorized to request deletion for the relevant project or account. Verification should never require sharing API secrets, passwords, cookies, or payment information by email. ## 6. Deletion process After a valid request is received, Trameops will review the request and delete or help the user delete the relevant data where technically possible. This may include: - deleting local records, - deleting imports, - deleting exports, - disconnecting integrations, - removing stored operational data, - providing instructions for third-party platform deletion. ## 7. API tokens and secrets ETSY GROWTH OS should not store secrets in public files, Git history, logs, exports, or PDFs. If the user believes a secret has been exposed, the user should rotate or revoke it directly on the relevant platform. ## 8.
